Texas is one of the only state flags that DOESN’T need a new flag. It’s one of the best state flags out there. I’m glad and, quite frankly, surprised that people have taken notice at our flags, but please don’t change Texas’s flag. Please.
Thanks for your thoughts! This was a design project for a certificate program. We had to choose a real state’s flag. I was raised in Texas and this was an ode to my childhood homeland. Totally agree it doesn’t need to be changed. Additionally, I’m half Puerto Rican, and their flag is similar.
